Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit cards, and PayPal payment. We do not accept checks, cash, money orders, or COD purchases. Please note: A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase.

Order your orchids at www.LeafandLearn.com. When you are finished shopping, go to "View Cart" and click "Proceed to Checkout." You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order with Leaf & Learn. Follow the instructions to finish your order.

Shipping Schedule
Please note that we only ship Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays to ensure that your package is delivered quickly and in efforts to avoid weekend layover. All orders received on Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following week. Once your package is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number for your package.

Delivery Times
Depending on the shipping method, delivery time is usually 2-5 business days from the time they ship. Leaf & Learn delivers to anywhere in the United States. Leaf & Learn cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If a particular orchid is unavailable, there may be a shipment delay until Leaf & Learn contacts the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses, credit card processing delays due to incorrect order information, etc. To ensure your order is filled immediately, please double check your shipping address and be sure to enter the correct billing address.

California Residents: Please note that the U.S. Department of Agriculture conducts routine inspection of all plants entering your State. This may cause a delay in delivery of your shipment.

Shipping & Handling
We pay attention to even the smallest details to ensure that your plants will be delivered in great shape. We carefully wrap each plant and use shredded paper and poly cotton to protect the orchid plant(s) during shipping.

Sales Tax
We will add 8.25% sales tax to orders in California. Out of state orders do not pay sales tax.

Large Orders
For orders over $600, please contact us to request an estimate for S&H.

Typographical Errors
Leaf & Learn is not responsible for typographical errors on its website. Leaf & Learn has the right to refuse any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error.

Orchid Plant Warranty
We ship hundreds of orchid plant boxes every week and have become excellent packers. We take extreme care in wrapping of the orchid plants, we use paper shreds to cushion the orchid buds and extra wraps for insulation against frost/heat to ensure safe delivery.

However, we DO NOT GUARANTEE flower buds as they may blast from shipping. Flower buds sometimes turn yellow and fall off due to abuse in shipping (boxes thrown around etc.) or change in weather or excess humidity.

We DO guarantee that you will only receive the biggest and healthiest orchid plant that we have, and the orchid plant will bloom for you again and again with proper care.

Our orchid plant are live products which depend on many important related grower skills such as proper care, watering, use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease control and reasonable weather conditions during the growing period. Plant growth/ flowering is affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and type of planting media. These factors are totally out of our control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk.

Consequentally, we cannot unconditionally guarantee our orchid plants to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes.
